My To Do

The My To-Do View does not simply contain activities assigned to you, like in other tools, but only the activities that you should be working on right now. Swifting allows you to create and assign activities that should be completed in the future. Only activities with no active dependencies appears in the To-Do list. The main goal for a team member is to complete the activities in this View.


How to create a My To-Do list

Follow the steps below to create a new My To-Do list:

  1. Create a new View by clicking the New view button in the Views tab. Enter a name for the new View.
  2. Hide all activities that should you should not work on right now by creating a filter. Click the Edit filter button and set Assigned to to Current user and Dependencies to No before pressing Apply followed by Close.
