Managing The Gantt Chart

The Gantt chart shows the activities from a time perspective. The Gantt chart also display dependencies between activities.

Adjusting the months to display

Adjust the number of months to display using the Set time period setting. Move forward or backwards in time using the Next month and Previous month buttons.

Adding dependencies

Drag and line between the end bullet to the start bullet of two activities in the Gantt chart to add a dependency. An end-to-start dependency means that the second activity should not begin until the first activity has been completed. Dependencies are important both for the Replan function but also for the My To-Do and All To-Do views since they only contain activities with no active dependencies.

Changing time period

The view settings determines what to display in the Gantt chart.

Next month

Previous month
